1998      “Merkator Holding Ltd” established.

 

1999       Affiliation of OAO “Kalinin CRM Plant “(Smolensk). From now on active promotion of combined road machines and vacuum sweepers of CRM brand has began in the market of Russia and the CIS countries.

 

2004      “Merkator Holding Ltd” becomes the official partner of Bucher-Guyer AG – one of the biggest world manufacturers of vacuum sweepers, spreaders, snow blowers, road maintenance equipment and airfield technics.

 

1915       Founded as the manufacturer of agricultural machinery.

 

1941       With the beginning of World War II the plant was evacuated to the Urals maintaining production for the needs of army (famous “Katyusha” rocket launchers).

 

1946       Affiliation of the Ministry of construction and operation of highways of the USSR. Major overhaul of road machines and the road equipment (snow blowers and motor graders).

 

1960       First KDM-1 combined road machine produced.

 

1990       Production capacity of the enterprise allow to produce annually 850 combined road machines on the “ZIL” chassis and carry out overhaul up to 600 motor graders.

 

1992       Modernization of a factory and reorientation to manufacture of combined road machines on the KAMAZ and MAZ chassis which to this day are unique production of the enterprise. This decision has allowed concentrating all resources and scientific and technical potential on one main task – development and manufacture of modern and reliable combined road machines and road equipment for all-year maintenance of highways.

 

2007       Capacities of the enterprise allow annual production of up to 800 units.
